Lee Burleson, President and CEO of GENOA Consulting Partners, LLC, brings over 30 years of knowledge, resources, and a wealth of highly accomplished executive business experience to his corporate clients. By implementing his broad-based functional expertise in owner transition, strategic planning, and customer relations, Lee partners with corporations and individuals to move forward through change, and achieve results.
As founding Director of GENOA Consulting Partners, Lee utilizes the breadth of his industry experience, combined with a multi-platform approach, to consult corporations across diverse industries. Most recently, Lee successfully assisted the President of Coldwell Banker JME Realty, the 7th largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the world, in the sale of the company to Coldwell Banker United, the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the world. The combined entity is among the top 5 real estate companies in the United States.
Prior to establishing GENOA Consulting Partners, Lee achieved a highly accomplished Senior Sales executive career in the consumer products industry. As Vice President for PepsiCo Beverages and Foods Field Sales U. S., Lee was responsible for over $7.5 billion in retail sales for PepsiCo Beverages & Foods Warehouse Division, including Gatorade, Tropicana, Quaker, and Golden Grain brands. Additional responsibilities included an expansive retail sales organization, dedicated retail, and broker sales teams.
By working with executives in a cross-functional team, Lee developed merger integration plans between Gatorade and Quaker Oats products with Tropicana warehouse brands. He led the restructure of Field Sales, delivering savings to be redeployed to fund PepsiCo selling teams and dedicated retail sales organization. Lee drove volume results for Gatorade, Tropicana, Quaker Foods and Convenience Foods, and he consistently delivered sales and profit results during the acquisition transition.
